Returns and Exchanges Policy
1. Change of Mind Returns
Zerostyle accepts returns due to a change of mind if the request is made within 7 days of receiving the item. To qualify:
The item must be unused, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Exchanges at Zerostyle Outlet
For exchanges at a Zerostyle outlet:
Present your purchase invoice or order number at the counter for a smooth process.
3. Returns via Courier
To return an item by courier:
Contact our Customer Service Hotline at 0777 162 990.
Provide your order number.
Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.
Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, exchange shipping charges will be waived.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
The refund will only cover the product value, not the original shipping charges.
A confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp once processed.
Note: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong/damaged item)
